5 Ways to Enjoy Butler Park

I love Butler Park.  The city park, located between Barton Springs and Riverside Drive, with a phenomenal backdrop of the Austin skyline and Lady Bird Lake (especially at twilight), is a great place to explore with the kiddos.  There’s great people-watching and its’ expansive lawn make it perfect for laying out a blanket and having a picnic lunch or dinner!

Here are 5 other suggestions for a fun outing:

1.  Take a splash in Liz Carpenter Fountain

2.  Ride a bike

3.  Run up and down Doug Sahm Hill

4.  Take a ride in a pedicab

5.  Fly a Kite

What do YOU like to do at Butler Park?
